Structure of the Degree
- Module 1: Basic training, (60 Credits).
- Module 2: Training in common for the Industrial Branch (60 Credits).
- Module 3: Specific Technology - Industrial Chemistry, (78 Credits).
- Module 4: Transversal training in Electricity Specific Technology, (6 Credits).
- Module 5: Supplementary Training in another Specific Speciality, (6 credits).
- Module 6: External Internship, (12 Credits).
- Module 7: End of Grade Dissertation - (12 Credits).
- Module 8: Optionality, (6 Credits).
One Common module of 60 ECTS of Basic training, one Module of 60 ECTS of Training in common for the Industrial Branch, and Module of Specific Technology of Industrial Chemistry of 78 ECTS. There is one Module for Training in the Specific Technology of Electricity, of 6 ECTS, one Module with 12 ECTS of External Internship, and one Module with 12 ECTS for the End of Grade Dissertation.
Students must follow one 6 ECTS Module of Training in another Specific Technology in the Industrial sphere offered at the University of Almeria.
Finally, students must follow one Optionality module of 6 ECTS

Adaptation Procedure
Students from the current degree in Chemical Engineering may choose among the following options:
- To finish the studies in the degree in Chemical Engineering, which will progressively disappear, according to the regulation established by the University of Almeria.
- Adapt to the new official degree called Industrial Chemical Engineering. For this purpose, a charter of required adaptations will be established.
- The calendar for termination of the above studies will be implemented gradually. Once each year is terminated, there will be four exam sittings in the following two academic years.

The Grade in Industrial Chemical Engineering will substitute the current Degree in Chemical Engineering, and its deployment will be progressive, following this calendar:
