Structure of the Degree

The degree is comprised of three itineraries, each of which is linked to one university, with one common structure:

  • Module 1: Basic transversal interuniversity training (12 credits)
  • Module 2: Technological basic training
  • Module 3: Specialization subjects
  • Module 4: End of Master Dissertation (16 credits)

 

For obtaining the master, students must complete 60 credits, comprised of 12 credits from module 1, 32 credits of modules 2 and 3 from the itinerary they select, and 16 credits of the End of Master Dissertation. Subjects linked to each itinerary are offered by one of the three universities participating in the degree:

  • Agricultural Industry Design (University of Cordoba)
  • Training and Innovation in Design, Territory and Architecture (University of Malaga)
  • Design in Engineering (Universidad de Almeria)

With this structure, students will complete, regardless of the itinerary they choose, at least 32 credits of methodological and research subjects, which offer them access to doctorate studies.

 

Specialities / Itineraries

The degrees have been configured so, once completed, students may obtain a specialization. These specializations can be called by different names, although the most common ones are "Speciality", "Curricular Itinerary" or "Mention".

The “Master in Representation and Design in Engineering and Architecture” degree has the following Itineraries:

 

  • Itinerario, Diseño de Industrias Agrarias
  • Itinerario, Formación e Innovación del Diseño, Territorio y Arquitectura
  • Itinerario, Diseño en Ingeniería

Prerequisites and Corequisites

The Syllabus may include special conditions required for registration or for studying one or more of its subjects. These conditions are the PREREQUISITES: Subject or group of subjects, called "key" subjects, which must have been studied or passed before.

The "Master in Representation and Design in Engineering and Architecture" degree has no established prerequisite
