Meet us

The main function of any University is offering public service in higher education through research, teaching and studies, by training students and leading them to workforce.

 

For this purpose, just as important as teaching and research, is the need for infrastructure and equipment adapted to the requirements of the university community, using the latest technical advances and under the increasingly necessary environmental sustainability criteria.

 

The Vicerectorate of Infrastructure, Campus and Sustainability has the mission of coordinating, planning, managing, maintaining and organizing all the infrastructure and equipment belonging to the university campus, and also prevention and advising about environmental and occupational health.

 

Short History

The Vicerectorate of Infrastructure, Campus and Sustainability was created, on 15th May 2007, by decision of the Governing Council the University of Almeria.
