Research Centres and Institutes
The Vicerectorate of Research, Development and Innovation (RDI), through the Secretariat of Research Centres and Institutes, intends to promote the creation and follow up of quality Research Centres which may potentiate and coordinate efforts of the University of Almeria groups. The relations with the Administration agencies related to the Research Centres of the University of Almeria are also channelled through the Research Secretariat of this Vicerectorate.

The Research Results Transfer Office (OTRI) is a linking agency within the scientific context, involved in promoting relations among Research - Innovation - Science - Companies.
Research Central Services
The Research Central Services of the University of Almería (UAL) is a research support agency offering laboratories and instrument analysis units with high level scientific equipment in support of RDI activities for the UAL, other Universities, research centres, public administrations (OPIS), companies and individuals (PRI).
