This space is available for teaching staff who can lecture using a variety of the library information resources.
The Teaching Seminar is used by teachers that need to give a lecture using some of the library information resources: periodicals, reference books, video tapes, DVDs, electronic resources, etc.
The Teaching Seminar is located on the second floor of the library (left wing) and has capacity for 24 people.
It is equipped with appropriate furniture for educational activities (mobile tables, projector and projection screen) and wifi. It also has a PC for the teachers, who can bring their own laptop as well.
To use the Seminar and its equipment you need to belong to the teaching staff at UAL and to book it through virtual campus . Please make a previous verification of its occupation at the "Spaces Consultation" option. For more information about booking this space you can consult the Spaces reservation Regulations in UAL.
The Seminar key will be requested at the library Concierge desk, where you must confirm the reservation; the key will be returned in the same place once the class is finished.
To create an appropriate working atmosphere please follow these basic rules:
- It is not allowed to eat, drink or smoke.
- Mobile phones must remain switched off.
- Keep a moderate level of noise to facilitate work.
The Library is not responsible for loss of personal items in the room.
