The University of Almeria offers a system for complaints and suggestions
In order to present them there are two ways:
For your information, we remind you that a Complaint / Claim must be based on reasons related to neglect, lack of punctuality or any other abnormality of the service including teaching. On the other hand, we consider Suggestions as the contribution of ideas and initiatives for the future improvement of the administration and services, and any other aspect of teaching in the official degrees.
If you want to make a query you must use the specific channels offered by the different administrative units.By selecting the link that is displayed in the Queries section, at the top of this page.
Finally, we remind you that the complaints, in accordance with the procedure, will not, in any case, be considered as administrative appeals and won't affect deadlines established according to the regulations. Independently of the complaint formulated in these ways, complaints and administrative appeals can be presented according to the regulatory norms of the administrative process deemed convenient.
